The hotel was nicely decorated and perfectly clean, with customer-facing and very supportive staff especially Hicham the general manager. I had breakfast in the restaurant, it was very very good. The location was nice and unbeatable for business trip in Yanbu. Besides, I was in front of gardens and parks.

It was a 1st class hotel in a very comfortable area, next to Close to the airport and seaside. Excellent service, though a few employees were uncooperative. They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with coffee machine and big windows and bath tub and that was essential. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were a plus.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Excellent value, 1st class 4 star hotel. Amazing wonderful location, in front of the sea. And adjacent to Close to the airport, restaurants, and the beach.

Uncooperative staff!

I loved the hotel, all the interiors were modern. The food was good, the breakfast was good. The room was well furnished and brand-new and had coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. The staff was customer-focused and really helpful and catered to my every need. The service was excellent, that made the property top-class and reasonably priced place. It was in a perfectly comfortable location with relaxing views over the sea.

Overall it was well furnished with breakfast included.

Fancy hotel with attentive personnel and relaxing view of the sea. Quiet location to the boats marina, and 15 minute walk from Happy Land Yanbu. Also - close to beach, Novotel Yanbu, and the sea and restaurants...

My room was well-furnished, clean, and had great Wi-Fi access. The breakfast offered a nice variety and started early. I also enjoyed the inspiring view of the Main Street, trees, and sea. I would recommend this hotel.

It was based in nice building in a magnificent location, on sea. Choose superior queen room with big windows.

Breakfast is good and sufficient. The location of the hotel with proximity to the sea is good for a walk. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

As the hotel does not have its own limousine service, you will have to rely on taxi companies for transportation. This is sometimes a bit awkward because Uber's taxis are not always reliable.

This is a hip new reasonably clean hotel providing well-maintained rooms. The staff are cooperative and helpful and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with big windows and coffee machine, for example and care about everyone: D
